We are happy to introduce our original collection of rugs that we have designed together with the talented creative duo behind OK KINO - Darya Golneva and Denis Caunov.

With this collection, we want to re-interpret Moldovan ancestral motifs, preserving their essence while reimagining their form for contemporary living. By combining these symbols with the vision of young Moldovan designers, we seek to honor their cultural significance while breathing new life into their meanings.

“Our carpet designs are inspired by the stone flowers that decorate traditional Moldovan architecture. These carved motifs, often found on gate posts, columns, and chimneys, are a distinctive feature of local craftsmanship. Their design reflects both functional precision and creative thought, offering a subtle yet meaningful connection to the local cultural landscape.

In our work, we reinterpret these motifs, preserving their essence while exploring new ways to integrate them into modern design.”
